Jakarta -- Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) melangsungkan Musyawarah Wilayah serentak sebagai bagian dari proses regenerasi kepemimpinan di berbagai daerah.
Presiden PKS Ahmad Syaikhu menyampaikan bahwa regenerasi yang terjadi merupakan suatu keniscayaan dan hal tersebut adalah proses yang baik untuk sebuah partai politik, Ahad (27/12/2020).
"Regenerasi merupakah sebuah keniscayaan. Ini menjadi ciri sistem kaderisasi adalah partai tersebut berjalan, sehingga membuat partai akan mampu bertahan dan berkembang dalam situasi apapun," ucap Syaikhu.
Syaikhu mengingatkan terlebih tentang regenerasi ini juga telah dipesankan oleh Allah lewat Alquran Surat An-Nisa ayat 9.
"Islam merupakan agama yang sangat memperhatikan pembinaan generasi penerus. Allah telah berpesan dalam firmanNya, jangan sampai kita meninggalkan generasi penerus yang lemah," ujar Syaikhu.
Syaikhu mengungkapkan kegiatan Musyawarah Wilayah ini merupakan wujud komitmen PKS dalam mepersiapkan regenerasi kepemimpinan terbaik di tingkat provinsi sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam AD/ART partai.
"Kegiatan ini memiliki urgensi untuk memastikan penyelenggaraan dan ketatalaksanaan partai berjalan dengan baik, mewujudkan sistem kepemimpinan yang demokratis dan mengedepankan musyawarah," tutur Syaikhu.
Juga memberi ruang partisipasi dan pelibatan kader dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan serta dalam rangka penyelenggaraan organisasi, manajemen, dan administrasi partai di tingkat wilayah dan daerah, lanjut Syaikhu.
Syaikhu memberikan apresiasi kepada seluruh kader yang telah menyelenggarakan Muswil dengan baik serta mengingatkan agar menjaga keberkahan dari kegiatan tersebut.
"Mari kita jaga keberkahan kegiatan ini dari awal hingga akhir dengan tidak sedetik pun lisan, hati, dan pikiran kita lepas dari dzikir, mengingat Allah. Bersihkan niat kita, semua yang kita lakukan semata-mata untuk meraih ridha Allah," pesan Syaikhu.
Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara offline dan virtual yang diikuti oleh 34 provinsi, sedangkan kegiatan offline dilaksanakan di gedung DPP PKS.
